Happy New Year everyone!
A Happy, Healthy, Blessed, Fun, Enriching, Peaceful 2018 is wished for all our HATS-Haiti, and for Karen and Luc’s, family, friends and supporters.
2018 signifies New Beginnings. As we head into this new year I pray we can approach it with thankfulness for everything – the good, the bad, and even the ugly, that may have been a part of 2017. Things that we did not consider ‘good’ were things that hopefully we can accept wisely and use it to help us grow stronger, more considerate, kinder, and gentler.
I hope our lives in 2018 will be filled with love, joy, faithfulness, gentleness, patience, goodness, peacefulness, kindness and self control, fantastic loving family members, and awesome friends.
For myself I hope and pray I will also be bolder in sharing my faith in Jesus as I reach out to others. I want to accept, and to love, everybody I meet whether or not they share my faith. With the fruit of the Spirit operating in me, with Jesus in me and with me, I hope I will be ready and able to face and walk through anything that might come. Bring on 2018 Jesus. I plan to make it a good year.
