Last Full Day…Bittersweet ?

Last Full Day…Bittersweet ?

January 30, 2018 Posted by Sandra MacDonald 2 Comments

This has been our last full day here at HATS. It is a bittersweet day. We are sad to leave Karen, Jocelyn, all the children and the staff here BUT anxious to see our families especially grandchildren again.

We said our goodbyes to the staff this morning at devotions and said goodbye to the children tonight. There were tears tonight and will be more tomorrow morning as we say goodbye to Karen and Jocelyn.

We are hoping to get some photos of the big blood moon tonight.

Please remember HATS: Karen, Luckner and family, Jocelyn, children and staff in your prayers.

Photos below will tell some of our stories.

I guess you both are home now so Welcome Back , enjoyed your blog Sandra and the nice pictures .Jocelyn’s pizza looks delicious ,she’s a young lady with many gifts .It had to be hard to say good bye but wonderful you could go for awhile and I’m sure you’ll go again. The children are precious and you are all making a difference in their lives, what a blessing to watch them grow and develop into young men and women knowing and serving the Lord. God is so good !!!
Always in our thoughts and prayers Wendy JOY
