Wednesday, Nov 21st
This morning the school photos and letters were started. There weren’t a lot of students in school today but those that were there are now done for this year.
After lunch Yvette, Heather and I unpacked the Christmas gifts and other things for the children here, kindly donated by people in Canada.
I had a chance to hold a beautiful baby today! We went to visit Roselore and held a six week old baby of a neighbour. Mariah was in love with the baby.
The team and the children all went out for a walk by the canal. I stayed behind, I was too exhausted. When they returned Yvette, Heather and I watched Liette and some of the children in an ‘intense’ soccer game. Ti Luc won I think. After supper we played UNO and Train with the kids. I lost both games.
It was a good day!
