This is from an email sent from Mom to some family and friends. For those of you new to the Blog, Mom was told my Dr’s that TiLuc would be nothing but a vegetable and that he should be given up on…

He is walking! Hallelujah! He is walking! Thank you Jesus. He is walking. Praise the Lord. Ti Luc is W A L K I N G.
How about that folks!!! He has been doing a little more every day. But tonight he just went to town. All he wanted to do was walk. I was so happy and encouraging him that he just grinned and grinned and kept on walking. Whenever he started to stumble and get off balance he would get straighten himself and go on without falling. He only fell twice and laughed both times. He walked from the kitchen door to the gallery door. He walked back again. He went into the kitchen and stood in front of the fridge and proceeded to take the photos off the fridge. He then walked across the kitchen and headed, I thought, into the living room. Not. He turned beautifully and walked into the bathroom and stood in front of the toilet and said “Mama, pee pee.” He was walking out and started to stumble. I automatically touched him to help and he said “Lage m”. “Let me go.” That got me even more excited. He turned again and walked into the laundry room in the dark and over to the tool room door. This is amazing. This is awesome. This is God!!!
When the security changed shift he walked from the living room into the gallery and back into the house without stumbling in the uneven area of the doorway. Both security agents were thrilled to see him walking.
I called Papa Luckner and Ti Luc told Papa and Baby that he was walking. They are both determined to see that with their own eyes tomorrow. I have said when he is “walking” we will have a celebration party as we did when Moise walked. I sense a celebration coming up folks. I am already filled with joy and celebrating inside. My boy, my special boy, is walking. He looks so cute, wobbling a little but able to regain his balance now, grinning from ear to ear and walking around.
In the photo it appears as if he might be touching the furniture. Absolutely not. I am not sure if his expression is pure joy or fear or a little of both.
God bless you all. With love from me and my little walking fellow.
