Just Another Day at HATS

Just Another Day at HATS

April 29, 2018 Posted by Keith Wight 4 Comments

There is no such thing as just another day at HATS. Every day is different and most days are dictated by:

“Today’s crisis is brought to you by _____”

And then you just fill in the blank; plumbing, water, electricity, DG, internet, report, rain, house mothers or Jofky. However, the normal parts of the days look a bit like this…

The kids get a day off school and what do they do? They play school. Obviously Markenson started recess early.

The swings are the favorite and natural hangout.

Joan spent a lot of time sorting and cleaning out kids’ rooms and clothes. This inspired JJ to clean his room.

Markenson decided to get in an empty drawer while Joan was cleaning. Of course his brothers jammed it shut and he was trapped.

Msta. Keif was called to get him out and repair the broken drawer.

On a hot afternoon a group gathers to watch a video on the veranda

Joan comes to the rescue with fans for everyone from Carol.

Jofky left his homework until the last possible moment, again, but Joan helped him out.

Joan had a game where everyone got a prize for picking up the paper and garbage around the compound.

I won!!!!!

~Keith
